Electrolysis Procedure

We provide permanent hair removal in a private, professional setting. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment that doesn't involve lasers or waxing; just electrolysis - the only permanent hair removal system recognized and approved by the FDA and the American Medical Association.

The electrolysis procedure works as follows; an Electrologist inserts a very fine needle (which is about the same size or smaller than the hair being treated) into the natural opening of the hair follicle alongside the hair shaft. (This does not cause pain or discomfort.)  A small amount of electrical current is then applied to destroy the hair growth cells. The electrical current causes a very brief sensation of heat, some clients also describe it as pin-prick sensation. 

Equipment

We use the Apilus Senior 3G Plus Epilator. This advanced and truly unique system uses the new 13.5 MHz/27 MHz ultrarapid frequency in order to destroy all types of hair. In addition to its speed, this frequency coagulates, in a very concentrated manner, the cells responsible for hair growth. It produces unrivaled comfort and effectiveness.

Sessions are priced in 15 minute increments
Prices include all taxes and fees.

• There will be a charge for all appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or for missed appointments.

• Payment is due at the time of appointment. Electrolysis is not covered by most insurance.

• Multiple treatments are required for effective results. The number of treatments depends on your treatment plan, your electrologist will cover this during your initial consultation.
